The Weir Group PLC held its 2010 annual general meeting at the Burrell Collection, Glasgow on Wednesday 12 May 2010 at 11am.

At the meeting various resolutions as set out in the notice were duly passed including the adoption of new articles of association. Details of the voting results are set out below.
