Disposal
Further to our announcement on 1 September 2008 regarding the
sale of Weir Process Equipment Canada to Wajax Income Fund, The
Weir Group PLC confirms that following receipt of regulatory
clearance from the Canadian Competition Bureau, the disposal has
been completed today.
Terms used in this Announcement have the same meaning as set out in
the Announcement dated 1 September 2008.
