Total Voting Rights
In conformity with the Transparency
Directive’s transitional provision 6, The Weir Group PLC would like
to notify the market of the following:
As at today’s date, the Weir Group PLC’s capital consists of
212,587,777 ordinary shares of 12.5p with voting rights. There are
2,424,704 ordinary shares held in treasury.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in The Weir Group PLC
is 210,163,073.
The above figure (210,163,073) may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if
they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their
interest in, The Weir Group PLC under the Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
