UKLA Filing
At the Company’s AGM on 7 May 2008, the
shareholders approved a change to the articles of association which
took effect on 1st October 2008. A copy of the articles of
association now in force have therefore been forwarded to the UK
Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility at 25 The North
Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS (tel. 020 7066 1000) and
will shortly be available for inspection.
