The Weir Group PLC today published on the Company’s
website, http://www.weir.co.uk/, its Interim
Report for the 26 weeks ended 26 June 2009.
A hard copy version of the Interim Report 2009
will be sent to those shareholders who have elected to receive
paper communications. Shareholders who have not elected to continue
to receive paper communications will be sent a notice of
availability that the Interim Report 2009 is on the Company's
website.
Copies of the above document have been
submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available
for inspection at the UK Listing Authority’s Document Viewing
