In accordance with LR 9.6.14R The Weir Group
PLC hereby clarifies that further to our announcement on 16
September 2009 Mark Selway ceased to be a director of The Weir
Group PLC with effect from the board meeting held yesterday but
will continue to be an employee until the end of 2009.
