Completion of Acquisition
Further to our announcement on 2 September 2010 regarding the
proposed acquisition of the valves business of BDK Engineering
Industries Limited ("BDK"), The Weir Group PLC confirms that the
acquisition of BDK has been completed today.
Terms used in this announcement have the same meaning as set out
in the announcement dated 2 September 2010.
